Absolutely! We secure all of our payments through PayPal checkout and through Google Checkout.
Can I place a custom order? TOP
Absolutely! We love creating custom creations for your little princess. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders to be made. If you need your item sooner please let us know. There is a $15 rush fee.
What is your refund/return policy? TOP
I will only grant an exchange if you did not receive the correct item. Due to the nature of our items, we do not allow returns or refunds.

Absolutely! We can ship your items to you anywhere!
Will you take checks or money orders for payment? TOP
We realize that some people are not comfortable making payments online so we will accept checks or money orders as payment. Please allow 10 days for your check to clear before your order can be shipped. Just email your order to sales@paytonspalace.net and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment.
How soon will I get my order? TOP
Due to the nature of our items it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping. If you need your item sooner please let us know. We will not issue refunds because you did not receive your item in time if we do not know when it is needed.
Can I cancel my order? TOP
You cannot cancel an order after it has been processed. (3 days)
