Absolutely! We secure all of our payments through PayPal checkout and through Google Checkout.
Can I place a custom order? TOP
Absolutely! We love creating custom creations for your little princess. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders to be made. If you need your item sooner please let us know. There is a $15 rush fee.
What is your refund/return policy? TOP
I will only grant a refund or return if you did not receive the correct item. There are NO returns or refunds on custom made items.

Absolutely! We can ship your items to you anywhere!
Will you take checks or money orders for payment? TOP
We realize that some people are not comfortable making payments online so we will accept checks or money orders as payment. Please allow 10 days for your check to clear before your order can be shipped. Just email your order to sales@paytonspalace.net and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment.
How soon will I get my order? TOP
All in stock items will be shipped within 3 days. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom items to be made. If you need your item sooner please let us know.
